Re-groomed 2026-07-04 after operator alignment. SCOPE: (1) Promote 'Deploy with Task <task>' out of devops-cycle-design.md into docs/agents/agents/avi/sops/deploy-with-task.md — OPERATOR DECISION: owner is AVI (not Alex); the SOP must OPEN WITH A QUESTION: if the launch phrase didn't name a task, ask 'What task?' and wait — the copyable chip is just the bare phrase, so the interactive question is the entry contract. Register it in index.md's both registry tables. (2) Add 'deploy-with-task' to Avi's actions in ApplicationHelper#heartbeat_launchers + ACTION_DESCRIPTIONS + ACTION_ICONS (off-sequence themed glyph, e.g. lightning — the 1-4 keycaps stay the ordered pipeline); the chip then renders on both /agents/avi and the /deployments Heartbeats card automatically. Update modules/heartbeats.md act lists to match (launcher-list drift lesson). (3) Make act SOPs standalone: full-cycle.md points to the new registered deploy-with-task SOP instead of design-doc section 1.4; production-deploy.md drops its mid-Procedure 'full detail' pointer (inline the missing sentence); rename SOP/heartbeat 'Related (References)' sections to 'Background — not needed to execute'. Heartbeats stay recipes: routing + when-to-trigger only. (4) Delete devops-cycle-design.md's retired-launcher procedure sections (Avi Heartbeat Slow/Fast, Build and Deploy QA Release, Merge Assemble Deploy conductor runbook, and the moved Deploy with Task) after their live mechanics are confirmed present in the owning SOPs (per-verb --yes semantics largely already inline; block-and-move belongs in the pr-review primitive); keep the atom/composition tables, the Retired chips note, and the pizza-tracker seam — the doc becomes pure architecture. (5) Document the standalone rule in the SOP Invocation Standard (allowed refs: registered SOPs at composition seams; one registered shared primitive hop e.g. modules/pr-review-sop.md; explicitly-marked Background) — OPERATOR DECISION: NO new enforcement test, documentation/context only, trust-over-guardrails. COUPLING: PR #373 (sweep-retired-sop-names, submitted) edits comment lines adjacent to heartbeat_launchers in application_helper.rb — sweep #373 first, this PR second.
