PR #364 adds /agents file chips under agent images, verified at http://localhost:3017. Includes Avi HEARTBEAT docs commit from PR #363 so the link target exists; full suite and rubocop are green.

Follow-up pushed to PR #364: Alex and Steffon now have HEARTBEAT.md SOPs; /agents chips display actual .md filenames and link to /docs/.../*.md URLs. Playwright desktop/mobile and full-suite-check are green at 359255f4fbc4.

Follow-up pushed to PR #364: heartbeat SOP files are now act-first. Steffon HEARTBEAT.md directly names archive-completed and qa-deploy, with shared map references moved to Related References. Playwright verified no UI-card wording in Steffon's first viewport; full-suite-check green at 750f9d2612d2.

Follow-up pushed to PR #364: split Steffon's heartbeat SOPs into docs/agents/agents/steffon/sops/archive-shipped.md and sops/qa-release.md, renamed visible acts to archive-shipped + qa-release, added root SOP Quick Index, and kept qa-release skill as a thin router. PR #364 gh-merge failed in tonight's qa-deploy sweep: CONFLICTING against current origin/release (tonight's merges: #362 sweep conductor, #365 adapter wording, #366 qa_test_cmd registry — release tip 6483b084). Rebase feat/agent-file-links onto freshly-fetched origin/release, resolving doc/UI collisions in favor of the shipped sweep-model wording; after rebase the suite cert is STALE — re-run bin/full-suite-check AND bin/dor-check back-to-back from the same worktree, commit nothing after cert, then move submitted with a note --resolves-feedback. The self-healing sweep will pick it up on the next qa-deploy run once re-reviewed.

Resolved QA merge blocker activity-756: merged freshly fetched origin/release into feat/agent-file-links, kept the shipped sweep-model wording, reran bin/full-suite-check and bin/dor-check back-to-back with no commits after certification, and pushed certified head 52c81497.
