Agent Context

Operator wants the devops crew VISIBLE as a live Claude Code sub-agent tree (2026-07-06). DOCS/SOP change only (no product code). Update the devops SOPs to prescribe summoning each act as its OWNING SOUL's Agent-tool subagent so it renders as a tree node, rather than running the conductor script bare in a background shell: pr-review -> an Avi subagent (nests reviewers); qa-release -> a Steffon subagent that runs bin/release prepare; production-deploy -> DIRECT-DRIVEN by the orchestrator, NOT a subagent (operator chose safety: the irreversible gate must not be orphaned if a wrapper agent dies mid-ship — cf. Fable-credit death). Builds already delegate via the Agent tool. Files: docs/agents/agents/avi/sops/pr-review.md, docs/agents/agents/steffon/sops/qa-release.md, docs/agents/agents/avi/sops/production-deploy.md, docs/agents/agents/alex/sops/full-cycle.md; note the mechanism caveat (bin/release is a script → the subagent is a thin driver; durable full-visibility is the Activities timeline, not the tree; autonomous heartbeat has no terminal → no tree). SOPs must stand alone/deterministic (no design-doc pointers). Owner soul: alex-docs. Goes live on bin/install-agent-docs post-merge.
