Submitted mascot glow polish is ready: Lugia/sparse mascots recover seed type colors, submitted/reviewed/assembled magnitudes step up, PR #422 CI and DoR are green.
Avi review approved; ready for Steffon's qa-release sweep. Two approvals (Avi primary + Shannon UI light), no blockers. All 4 acceptance criteria met: submitted cards use mascot signature color (green #22c55e fallback when no mascot), sparse rows recover seed type colors via Pokemon#type_keys (memoized loader, narrow rescue, no regression for populated rows), and glow magnitude escalates submitted<reviewed<assembled (opacity 0.62/0.78/0.9, border-mix 42/52/58; reviewed drops the 118px assembled-only shadow). UI traps clear: no rgba(var(--*-rgb)) — colors flow via var(--x,#hex)+color-mix; no grid mb-* change; dark-mode parity holds (readable edge is alpha-only type color, only the animated shimmer stops mix with white). Also fixes a prior inconsistency where reviewed's shadow was cyan but its gradient was yellow/blue. DoR fingerprint-fresh at PR tree (a79aa78 == 3128faf^{tree}); CI green (4).
