QA review found merge blockers on Rolio PR #16 head b6b355c. The submitted acceptance says the contacts table gains email and phone filtering, but app/views/contacts/index.html.erb only puts name/company/title/location/tags into the client-side data-search payload, so email and phone do not match. GitHub CI is also red: Brakeman flags app/views/contacts/edit.html.erb:233 as RenderInline/XSS around the latest-note marquee render. Add coverage for email/phone filtering and get CI green before resubmitting.

QA blocker fixed on PR #16 head 4eaf395. Contact search now includes email/phone in both Contact.search and rendered data-search payload, with regression tests. Brakeman RenderInline warning cleared by renaming marquee_value local away from render text: and using explicit locals. Local focused tests, bin/brakeman --no-pager, full-suite-check, DOR, and GitHub CI all green.

Demo polish acceptance is not fully met. PR #16 did not update Hotwire Native path configuration, and /configurations/ios_v1.json still only covers older modal paths (/new, /edit, /enrich, /import, /socials). Add path-config rules and focused tests for the new Event Hub/swiper and notes screens (/events, /events/:id, /events/:id/outreach, /contacts/:id/notes, /contacts/:id/notes_import), then record the iOS simulator golden-path rehearsal evidence.

PR #17 fixes the QA blocker by covering Event Hub/swiper and notes/notes_import in server + bundled Hotwire Native path config. Evidence: local :3301 smoke, focused component test, full suite, rubocop, brakeman, iOS simulator build, and iPhone 17 Pro simulator screenshots in tmp/rehearsal. DOR passes with DOR_CHECK_DIFF_ROOT set to the Rolio worktree.

GitHub Actions CI succeeded for PR #17 at head 7548ff9 (run 28329565043).

iOS rehearsal evidence is not credible: tmp/rehearsal shows Safari Start Page/chrome/overlays instead of clean Rolio Hotwire Native shell for Event Hub, detail/swiper, notes, and notes import. Rerun the golden path through the Rolio iOS app and refresh clean native screenshots/logs before resubmitting.

Addressed QA blocker: prior simulator evidence used simctl openurl and showed Safari handoff UI. Added Rolio iOS launch-path rehearsal support and refreshed tmp/rehearsal screenshots on clean iPhone 17 Pro Max A8F87601-A0DD-42B3-B5A1-F82D814550CC using SIMCTL_CHILD_ROLIO_BASE_URL=http://localhost:3301 xcrun simctl launch ... --rolio-path=...; no Safari/openurl overlays in the refreshed screenshots.
