Agent Context

Regression restore. /deployments task-card titles currently use line-clamp-2 break-words (added Jun27-28 commits f7f76e82/9f4d21a9/947e948c during 'Fix task card overflow states/text clipping'), which wraps long headers onto 2 lines. Operator wants the prior single-line behavior back: re-wire the still-present components/_overflow_fade component (whitespace-nowrap + edge mask-image fade + hover marquee via scroll_when: hovered) in app/views/tasks/_task_card.html.erb title block (~lines 87-92). Preserve task_path link, title attr, and data-test=task-card-title hook. hovered Alpine var already exists on the card root x-data.
