Agent Context

Mr. McRitchie does not want a special launcher fast path. The desired standard is that sessions know where McRitchie SOPs live, resolve prompts like pr-review through that SOP registry/directory convention, read the owning SOP, and execute it. Exact SOP names should not be treated as generic GitHub triage before the SOP is read.
