Agent Context

Bundle of pre-existing stragglers from the PR #367 review (Shannon primary + Alex light, task activity-761). (1) MOST READER-DANGEROUS: docs/agents/modules/heartbeats.md:75 — the Avi cheat-sheet row still ends review with 'bin/task move <task> reviewed + bin/release merge <task>', contradicting the review-only contract stated at ~line 208 of the SAME doc; a conductor following the cheat sheet would merge after review. (2) docs/agents/modules/parallel-agent-devops.md:274-296 — Avi Heartbeat Slow/Fast presented as current with no retired/alias marker (behavioral claims are accurate; just mark as aliases per the qa-release SKILL framing). (3) docs/agents/modules/deployment.md ~164 — add production-deploy to the pre-approved production prompts list (currently only full-cycle + Deploy with Task; hedged wording so non-blocking, but completeness). (4) Add system/mission.md to REVIEW_DOCS in test/docs/review_lane_docs_test.rb so mission.md regressions trip (gap: it has no positive pin — exactly why PR #367 had to be a manual sweep). Optional style nits from the same review: pr-review-sop.md ~37 double possessive; deployment.md ~164 singular verb. Match the #362/#365/#367 vocabulary; leave alias-keyed runbooks and dated history.

Scope update from the PR #367 delta review (Shannon): the #364 restructure appears to have RESOLVED item 1 (heartbeats.md Avi cheat-sheet merge-after-review row — the region is now recovery/History framing at heartbeats.md:243/:264). Builder should verify and drop item 1 if confirmed; items 2 (parallel-agent-devops.md Slow/Fast alias markers) and 3 (deployment.md production-deploy one-liner) and 4 (mission.md REVIEW_DOCS tripwire) remain open.

Items 1+2 already resolved on release (#364/#373) — dropped with evidence in PR body; item 3 (deployment.md production-deploy prompt) + item 4 (mission.md REVIEW_DOCS pin) + pr-review-sop possessive nit fixed. Full suite 2727 runs green, rubocop clean, dor-check pass. Preview :3013/docs/modules/deployment.

Review (Shannon PRIMARY + Jasper LIGHT): all-clear. One non-blocking follow-up from the light's empirical check: the new REVIEW_DOCS comment says mission.md's framing 'can't drift back', but a literal revert to pre-#367 mission.md passes the scan (old phrasing 'runs the merge' / 'Two approvals merge the PR into release' matches none of the three regexes). Tripwire is real for fresh one-hand 'reviews+merges' phrasings (injection fails correctly, zero false-positive exposure). Future sweep: soften that comment or add a positive pin for system/mission.md (assert_match /review-only/i + /sweep/i).
