PR #21 now removes the fake demo seeder/capture path and renders only generic codex_research_run rows. Local DB at http://localhost:3304/admin/ai_results has two real Codex research run records for Alex McRitchie and Evan Carlton; usage is marked not_available where Codex did not expose exact accounting. DoR passes with Rolio worktree fingerprint 22ba37acbd60.

Updated PR #21 after product feedback: Codex run rendering is now stage-aware. LinkedIn identity rows only receive first/last input and render linkedin_candidates.v1. Notes rows only receive first/last/notes input and render notes_cache.v1. Local admin cache now has four rows: Alex/Evan LinkedIn + Alex/Evan notes. DoR passes at Rolio fingerprint 8471a284da0e.

Updated PR #21 after product-flow feedback: New Contact -> Alex McRitchie now uses codex_linkedin_identity_run rows before first-name cache fallback. Removed hard-coded Alex alternatives for Alpine Capital and University of Washington. Local route /contacts/cnt_t5q67ym1zn4x/enhance_identity renders only amcritchie from the Codex cache. Full suite and rubocop pass; DoR passes at fingerprint 8b58e66c3fad.
