Agent Context

Restore the single-line hover marquee on the task-card comment/notes preview. It was removed in f7f76e82 (Jun 27, both title+comment swapped to line-clamp-2) and only the TITLE was restored in 32d37f76 (Jul 5), leaving the comment clamped. Reverse f7f76e82 for the comment ONLY: swap the <p class='...line-clamp-2...' data-test=activity-description> at app/views/tasks/_task_card.html.erb:233-235 back to render 'components/overflow_fade', text: latest_activity.description, scroll_when: 'hovered', class: 'text-[11px] leading-snug text-secondary'. Preserve data-test=activity-description + the title= tooltip via a wrapping element (overflow_fade root is a div, not valid inside <p>). Update test/integration/board_card_polish_test.rb:74-91 (test 'long card title marquees on one line while activity preview clamps to two') to expect the comment marquee (fadeInner x-ref) instead of line-clamp-2. Operator confirmed single-line horizontal marquee, matching the title. No new CSS/JS: _overflow_fade + card-level Alpine 'hovered' already exist.
