Agent Context

The board secondary nav (_board_top_links.html.erb, rendered on /deployments + /stages) has a '🎭 Activities' link at line 20 pointing to heartbeat_all_activities_path (the OLD /alex/heartbeat/activities). Repoint it to activities_agents_path (the new /agents/activities feed shipped in PR #405). One-line view change + an integration test asserting the deployments board links '🎭 Activities' to activities_agents_path. Leave the heartbeat page + its own nav untouched (keep both surfaces).
