Operator request: consolidate the five release-duration cards (BUILDING, REVIEWING, ASSEMBLING, SHIPPING, DEPLOYMENT) in app/views/tasks/_release_duration_card.html.erb from a 2x2 stage grid + separate full-width deployment card into a single row of square (aspect-square) tiles. Deployment tile should adopt the same vertical label/value/subtitle format as the stage tiles (subtitle = 'N releases'), keeping data-test hooks. ui-only, live-previewable on /deployments.
