Agent Context

Add four heartbeat launcher copiers to the /deployments current-release kickoff card (the #current-release card, next to the existing devops_kickoffs chips — see ApplicationHelper#devops_kickoffs + the release/board card partial). Each launcher = a SOUL AVATAR stacked OVER a copy-to-clipboard clicker; clicking copies a SHORT 1-3 word launcher phrase to the clipboard and shows a brief 'copied' feedback. The four (soul -> phrase, with a small label): Avi -> 'pr-review' (PR review heartbeat); Avi -> 'production-deploy' (production deploy heartbeat); Steffon -> 'qa-deploy' (prepare + QA heartbeat); Alex -> 'Alex heartbeat' (grade events / learning heartbeat). Keep the phrases short (1-3 words) and aligned with the qa-release skill launcher names (pr-review, qa-deploy, production-deploy). Reuse the shared components/agent_avatar for the souls (same avatars as the heartbeat Agent column + the stage timeline). Copy via Alpine/JS (navigator.clipboard) with a graceful fallback.
