Agent Context

Flagged by the builder during the move-release-assembly-to-steffon rework (out of scope for PR #362): docs/agents/CLAUDE.md (the generated Claude adapter) and the canonical AGENTS.md source still carry the pre-sweep sentence 'merging an approved PR into release flips its task to assembled (bin/release merge)'. Under the sweep model (PR #362) the flip happens at Steffon's QA-green, and Avi's pr-review is review-only. Update the canonical sources and regenerate the projects-root adapters per the LLM-adapter policy (docs/agents/modules/llm-adapters.md). ALSO fold in (from the delta review's alex docs shadow, non-blocking): docs/agents/agents/avi/role.md:11-12/43 and devops-cycle-design.md section 1.4 intro still present the retired 'Build and Deploy QA Release' / 'Merge, Assemble, Deploy' chips as live launchers — sweep those to the current pr-review/full-cycle vocabulary in the same pass. DEPENDS on move-release-assembly-to-steffon shipping first. Sibling follow-up: register-qa-test-commands.
