Agent Context

Resolves the UNRESOLVED QA on heartbeat-attribution-and-launchers (criterion #6). The operator rejected the original paired tracker+launchers 'Release Pipeline card' design mid-build in favor of a standalone launchers-only Heartbeats card (tracker stays in Next Release). Code + docs (heartbeats.md, devops-cycle-design.md) are correct, but three comments shipped stale describing the rejected pairing (my comment fixes were clobbered by a fork revert-war and not re-verified pre-ship). Fix exactly three comments to describe the launchers-only reality: (1) app/views/tasks/_release_tracker.html.erb header — drop the false dual-render 'Release Pipeline card' claim (it is single-use, rendered only by _release_summary); (2) app/views/tasks/_board.html.erb ~line 338 — the row comment says 'Release Pipeline: tracker paired with launchers Steffon 1-3 Avi 4-5' but renders launchers only; (3) test/controllers/tasks_controller_test.rb ~line 52 — comment claims the card PAIRS the tracker and lays launchers under stages. Comment-only, zero behavior change; existing Heartbeats card component tests stay green. Also update criterion #6 on the original task + post a resolves-feedback note there.
