PR #265 adds PostToolUse threadName support to the Codex 0.142.3 patch and installs a Bash PostToolUse codex-session-title hook so task-created feature markers can repaint the live footer without resume. Local machine smoke: rebuilt standalone codex, trusted SessionStart/PostToolUse user hooks, codex exec ephemeral startup + Bash PostToolUse hooks completed without /hooks review. Full-suite/rubocop green at 8d3a6d5840d7.
