Agent Context

Add a link from the Alex heartbeat pages back to the /deployments board (the reverse of the board->heartbeat link that already exists). Put it in the shared heartbeat nav partial app/views/heartbeat/_nav.html.erb in the existing hb-btn link cluster (next to Insight Bank / All Spans), using deployments_path, matching the hb-btn style, with a data-test hook like hb-nav-deployments and a clear label (e.g. a gear/board glyph + Deployments). It should show on BOTH /alex/heartbeat and /alex/heartbeat/spans (the partial is shared). Full spec in delegation prompt.
