Agent Context

Iterate the shipped release-card heartbeat launchers (app/views/tasks/_heartbeat_launchers.html.erb + ApplicationHelper#heartbeat_launchers + the copy clicker). TWO changes: (1) LAYOUT — space the four launchers into even 25% width columns (a 4-up grid across the current-release card), not left-bunched. (2) TWO-ROW COMMANDS — each launcher's copy command shows TWO rows, each an INDEPENDENTLY-COPYABLE valid mini-prompt: row1 = '<soul> heartbeat', row2 = the launcher phrase. The four (row1 / row2 / caption): Avi -> 'avi heartbeat' / 'pr-review' / 'PR review'; Avi -> 'avi heartbeat' / 'production-deploy' / 'Prod deploy'; Steffon -> 'steffon heartbeat' / 'qa-deploy' / 'QA deploy'; Alex -> 'alex heartbeat' / 'grade events' / 'Learning'. Clicking a row copies THAT row's phrase (reuse window.copyText + the copied-feedback; each row is its own clip target with its own data-clip). Keep the soul avatar (components/agent_avatar) stacked above the two-row command; keep the caption below. Both rows must be genuinely valid launch prompts. Preview on the worktree stack and LEAVE IT UP for Alex to self-verify. See project_deploy_flow_redesign.
