Agent Context

Final MVP piece: wire the feedback layer into the heartbeat view (heartbeat-trajectory-view) using ActionGrade (action-grade-and-insights) — both now in release. Per prototype atomic-heartbeat.html: inline good/not RADIOS in both feedback columns (Alex + McRitchie-grades-Alex), a drawer editing 4-7 word slug + disposition + long_form for each layer, bank/discard actions, and an Insight Bank view listing ActionGrade.banked. API: ActionGrade.create!(atomic_action:, grader: alex|mcr, slug:, disposition: good|not, long_form:); grade.bank!/discard!; ActionGrade.banked. This completes the clickable loop: enter as Alex -> see captured actions -> grade -> bank.
