Agent Context

Operator asked for a link back to the /deployments page from the Alex heartbeat page. Add an hb-btn chip pointing at deployments_path inside the .hb-toolbar in app/views/heartbeat/show.html.erb (~line 51, next to the shared heartbeat/nav render). Match the existing '‹ Per-session heartbeat' chip style: hb-btn class, label like '‹ Deployments', data: { turbo: false } (heartbeat pages are a fixed-dark terminal dashboard with scoped CSS, not the theme-aware Tailwind chrome). Keep it to show.html.erb so it stays on the per-session page only.
