rel-20260705-8fe04b partial ship: ship run from projects root; release.rb:2012 bare relative bin/prod-smoke -> Open3 ENOENT raise -> abort after prod deploy, before Conductor.ship! (board stuck assembled). Fix: chdir: repo_path(APP) + rescue SystemCallError in production_smoke_seal -> red seal + rollback guidance, never abort. Non-blocking contract per release.rb:2159-2162. Keep diff surgical; test-scope telemetry task will touch release.rb next.
