Agent Context

Red-sealed rel-20260705-8fe04b: spec asserts removed [data-test=pl-span]; view renders [data-test=pl-activity] (pipeline.html.erb:132) with a .pl-empty empty state. @qa-readonly runs vs live prod in bin/prod-smoke, so assertion must be env-agnostic (rows OR empty state), never data-dependent. Also stale: spec asserts a[href=/alex/heartbeat/spans] but the nav partial renders heartbeat_all_activities_path (/alex/heartbeat/activities); the spans route is only a legacy alias (routes.rb:93). Masked because the pl-span assertion fails first.
