Agent Context

Refactor the heartbeat view (heartbeat-trajectory-view, in release) to show AtomicEvent SPANS as primary rows — category badge + reason_slug -> outcome_slug — with attributed AtomicActions rolled up under each event (count + expandable drill-down). AtomicEvent API (in release): AtomicEvent.for_session(sid).chronological; event.atomic_actions (attributed raw calls); event.category/reason_slug/outcome_slug/open?/closed?; open events (closed_at nil) still in progress. Actions with null atomic_event_id -> an 'Unlabeled' group. Navigate already dropped at capture. Keep it read-only; reshape grouping from raw-actions to events. Extend rake atomic:demo_seed to also open/close a few events so the grouped view has content. Prototype visual reference: scratchpad atomic-heartbeat.html (but grouped by narrated event now, not stage).
