Agent Context

Iterate the Agent column (heartbeat) per operator: (1) BRING BACK THE NAMES — the avatar-only version dropped them; show each agent as a SMALL avatar + its NAME. (2) COMPACT STACK — the current two large circles stacked vertically with gaps are too tall; use small avatar + name inline per agent, tightly stacked (acting soul on top bold/tinted, base mascot beneath muted), taking much less vertical space. Single-agent row = just the mascot avatar + name (one line). Reuse the agent_avatar primitive at a small size + add the name label. Capture a screenshot for review. Full spec in delegation prompt.
