Agent Context

Derived tri-state, NO migration. Task#block_state => :never (no block/qa_feedback activity ever) | :blocked (unresolved_feedback? true -> red) | :cleared (block in history AND unresolved_feedback? false -> light yellow, awaiting re-review). Yellow shows while status=submitted after a cleared block; clears once advanced to reviewed+ (or back to red if re-blocked). Fixes gap: a resubmitted card currently loses all trace it was ever blocked. Touch: Task model (block_state + ever_blocked?), board card partial + card styles, tests unit/component/integration/e2e. Operator idea 2026-07-03.
