Agent Context

Refactor the shipped Codex mascot/task marker into a modular marker provider and runtime installer. Keep the patched Codex runtime optional: do not build or patch Codex in this task. Preserve current behavior by making codex-session-title a Codex-specific adapter over the shared marker provider. Add concise outbound request copy for Codex threadName support across email, X, LinkedIn, and related channels.
