Agent Context

Add a HEARTBEAT section to the agent profile page (app/views/agents/show.html.erb), alongside Skills / Recent Tasks / Recent Activity. For agents that HAVE a heartbeat (Avi, Steffon, Alex — the souls in ApplicationHelper#heartbeat_launchers), show the heartbeat name ('<Soul> Heartbeat') + the FUNCTIONS/ACTS that run in it: each act's copyable phrase + a short one-line description of what it does (source the descriptions from docs/agents/modules/heartbeats.md / the SOP). E.g. Avi: pr-review (review+merge all submitted PRs), production-deploy (ship a QA-ready release); Steffon: qa-deploy (prepare + deploy to QA, stages 1-3), archive-completed (archive completed tasks + releases); Alex: grade-events (grade 10 recent events for quality). Reuse ApplicationHelper#heartbeat_launchers keyed by the agent's slug + the window.copyText / components/_copy_text_script copy mechanism so the phrases are copyable on the agent page too. Add per-act descriptions to the helper (or a small companion helper) if not already present. Agents WITHOUT a heartbeat (Carl/Shannon/Jasper) render NO heartbeat section (graceful). Preview on the worktree stack and LEAVE IT UP. See project_deploy_flow_redesign.
