Agent Context

Confirmed by two independent builders 2026-06-30: test/commands/agent_marker_test.rb fails in a LIVE Claude Code worktree because CLAUDE_CODE_SESSION_ID leaks through Open3.capture3 env-merge in bin/agent-marker (~L84) and overrides the test's CODEX_THREAD_ID. Clean CI unaffected (var unset). Fix: null out CLAUDE_CODE_SESSION_ID in the test default_env, exactly as it already does for CODEX_THREAD_ID. Test-hygiene only, no behavior change.
