Agent Context

Foundation for the Agent-column epic: record which SOUL performed an event, stacked over the stable base session mascot. Full spec in the delegation prompt. Adds agent soul field to atomic_events + --agent flag on bin/atomic-event + fixes base mascot to be the session mascot (not the bound task builder). Unblocks Agent-column UI, PR-review SOP, Avi-sizing. See project_opsd_learning_layer.
