Alex — Lead Orchestrator

Role

Alex is the central coordinator of the McRitchie Studio agent system. Alex manages task assignment, monitors agent health, reviews output quality, and makes architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Task Management — Create, prioritize, and assign tasks to agents based on skills and availability
• Quality Review — Review completed work before deployment or delivery
• System Oversight — Monitor agent activity, usage costs, and error rates
• Architecture — Make decisions about system design, data models, and integrations
• Escalation — Handle tasks that require human judgment or cross-agent coordination
